Returns
If you want to return an item purchased at volandathebrand.com you have 14 days from the day of receipt of your order to do it.
Send us an email to volanda@volandathebrand.com with the purchase number and the reason for the return. All products must be in perfect condition.
RETURNS IN SPAIN
If you are in Spain returns have a cost of 7€. Once you send us an email we will contact you to arrange the date and time for the package to be picked up.
Once the return is approved you will receive an email informing you of the refund made on the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase, within a maximum period of 15 working days.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF SPAIN
If you purchased an item from another country, after sending us an email you should contact an authorized courier and send the parcel to the following address:

The return amount corresponds to the purchase you made, not including shipping costs. All import taxes and duties will also be deducted from the refund amount.
DEVOLUCIONES
Podrás realizar la devolución de tu pedido en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales a partir de la recepción del mismo.
Para realizar una devolución sigue las siguientes instrucciones:
1. Envía un correo electrónico a volanda@volandathebrand.com indicándonos tu número de pedido y un horario en el que podamos hacer la recogida del paquete.
2. Te mandaremos una etiqueta que deberás imprimir y pegar sobre el embalaje de la caja.
3. Pasaremos a recoger el pedido por la dirección de envío en el horario solicitado.
Todos los productos incluidos en la devolución deberán estar en perfectas condiciones. Las prendas deberán ser devueltas nuevas, sin usar y con todos los componentes de su embalaje tales como, caja de regalo, y etiquetas de origen adheridas a la prenda tal y como fueron enviados.
COSTES
Las devoluciones en pedidos realizado dentro de España tienen un coste de 7€, que serán descontados del monto total del reembolso.
REEMBOLSO
Una vez aprobada la devolución recibirás un email informándote del reembolso realizado en la tarjeta de crédito o débito con la que hiciste tu compra en un plazo máximo de 15 días laborables.
CAMBIOS
Ofrecemos un único cambio de talla de forma gratuita.
Si quieres hacer un cambio de talla, escríbenos a volanda@volandathebrand.com indicándonos tu número de pedido y la nueva talla que necesitas.
Para realizar un cambio de talla, la prenda que vas a devolver deberá estar en perfecto estado, con sus etiquetas y embalaje original y no puede haber sido utilizada. Deberás empaquetarla correctamente en su caja original para entregar al mensajero.
